All tutors operate independently. Once a connection is made through this site, all arrangements — including schedule, pricing, payment method, and location (online or in-person) — must be discussed and agreed upon directly between the tutor and the student/parent. The site owner is not involved in any part of this process.

3. No Responsibility for Payments or Transactions

This site does not set fees or handle any financial transactions. Users must ensure that payments are made to the correct person/account. If using e-transfers or any payment method, please confirm all details carefully. The site owner is not responsible for any financial issues, incorrect payments, or disputes related to payment.

4. Data Privacy and Security

This website does not collect or store any personal identification information or financial data. Do not send personal documents, bank details, or any sensitive data to the site owner or through this platform. The site owner is not responsible for any data breaches, financial fraud, phishing, or scams. If you are uncertain, please consult a parent or guardian before taking any action.

5. Code of Conduct

All users (students, tutors, and parents) must behave respectfully and lawfully during all interactions, especially in-person sessions.

• It is strongly recommended that an adult be present during in-person tutoring.

• Any inappropriate behavior or violations may result in removal from the platform.

6. Accuracy of Information

Tutors are responsible for ensuring that all information they submit (including academic background, experience, and availability) is accurate. If any false information is discovered, the tutor will be removed.

7. Optional Donation

Tutors are kindly asked to contribute $10 per paid student, which will be collected and donated to SickKids Hospital at the end of each year. A donation receipt will be posted annually for transparency. Please contact the site owner for e-transfer details.

8. Disclaimer

Use of this platform is entirely voluntary and at your own risk. The site owner is not liable for any personal, academic, financial, or legal issues that may result from connections made through this site.
